We are seeking to hire a highly motivated and organized Receptionist for a leading property managment office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling administrative tasks, and supporting the daily operations of the office. This is a fast-paced environment, and we are looking for someone who works well under pressure, has a working knowledge of QuickBooks, and can handle collections efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, ensuring messages are relayed promptly.
- Manage and maintain front office operations, including managing appointments, handling inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Assist in managing collections and payment inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and reports.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, scheduling, and managing correspondence.
- Work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced realty office.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a high-pressure environment.
- Prior experience in customer service or receptionist roles is preferred.
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks for managing basic invoicing and payment processes.
- Experience in collections or handling payments is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
